Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Mister Nguyen Inc. ("QuickMenu," "we," "us," or "our") operates the QuickMenu QR-menu, contactless-ordering, and point-of-sale ("POS") platform for restaurants (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two groups of people:

  • Restaurant owners and staff who create a QuickMenu account to manage a menu, orders, and POS.
  • Restaurant guests who scan a QR code and place an order through a restaurant's QuickMenu menu.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When a restaurant owner or staff member creates an account, we collect name, email address, phone number, and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed (encrypted) form; we never store or have access to a plain-text password.

Contact Form Submissions

If you use the Contact page to reach us, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide, so we can respond to your inquiry.

Guest Order Information

When a restaurant's guest places an order through a QR menu, we collect the order details and any contact information the guest enters at checkout (such as a name or table/contact details requested by that restaurant). This information is entered by the guest into the restaurant's own ordering flow and flows into that restaurant's own dashboard. With respect to this guest order data, QuickMenu acts as a data processor on behalf of the restaurant, which is the data controller and owner of its own customer relationships.

Technical and Usage Information

Like most websites and web applications, we automatically collect some technical information, including cookies and session identifiers (used to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences), IP address, browser/device type, and basic usage analytics. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and to understand how the Service is used.

Payment Information

QuickMenu does not itself store full credit card numbers. Payment for restaurant subscriptions, and payment for guest orders placed through a restaurant's menu, is processed by third-party payment gateways (for example, providers such as Stripe or PayPal, depending on which gateway a restaurant has configured). Those providers handle and store payment card data under their own security standards and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

3. How We Use Information

  • To create and operate restaurant accounts and provide the Service (menus, ordering, and POS).
  • To process and route guest orders to the correct restaurant.
  • To respond to contact form inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To maintain the security, integrity, and basic performance of the Service, including detecting and preventing fraud or abuse.
  • To communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With the restaurant that owns an account: guest order information (names, contact details entered at checkout, and order contents) is shared with the restaurant whose menu the guest ordered from, since that restaurant owns its own customer order data.
  • With payment processors: to process subscription payments and guest order payments, as described in Section 2 above.
  • With service providers: who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting), under obligations to protect your information.
  • When required by law: if we are required to disclose information to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or protect the safety of others.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management (keeping you logged in, remembering cart/order state) and for basic, standard analytics about how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how parts of the Service function.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information, contact form submissions, and order data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain business records, and comply with our legal obligations. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where we are required or permitted to retain it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including password hashing and standard web security practices. However, no method of storing or transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, please reach out via our Contact page, and we will respond to your request.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us via our Contact page so we can remove it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we make changes, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, please reach out via our Contact page.
